Hebben goedgevonden en verstaan:

Ter uitvoering van artikel 2, achtste lid, der wet worden aangewezen de landen: a. België; b. Bondsrepubliek Duitsland; c. Denemarken, met inbegrip van de Faeröer; d. Finland; e. Frankrijk en Monaco; f. Griekenland; g. Hongarije; h. Ierland;
