De artikelen 1.1, 3.1, 3.15 en 4.8 tot en met 4.10, afdeling 4.4, hoofdstuk 8, met uitzondering van de afdelingen 8.1 en 8.3 en artikel 8.17, en de artikelen 10.14, 10.16 en 10.37 zijn ook van toepassing op de exclusieve economische zone.
