Wij Willem-Alexander, bij de gratie Gods, Koning der Nederlanden, Prins van Oranje-Nassau, enz. enz. enz. Op de voordracht van Onze Minister van Landbouw, Natuur en Voedselkwaliteit van 9 oktober 2020, nr. WJZ / 20234724; Gelet op artikel 4 van de Landbouwkwaliteitswet;De Afdeling advisering van de Raad van State gehoord (advies van 4 november 2020, nr. No.W11.20.0376/IV); Gezien het nader rapport van Onze Minister van Landbouw, Natuur en Voedselkwaliteit van 19 februari 2021, nr. WJZ / 20299061; Hebben goedgevonden en verstaan:
Het Landbouwkwaliteitsbesluit 2007 wordt als volgt gewijzigd:AArtikel 14 wordt als volgt gewijzigd:1. In het eerste lid, onderdeel a, wordt na «groenten en fruit,» ingevoegd «aardappelen,». 2. Het tweede lid, komt te luiden: 2. De Stichting KCB is de bevoegde autoriteit voor de officiële controles, bedoeld in artikel 36, derde lid, van verordening (EU) 1151/2012 ten aanzien van producten die op grond van het eerste lid onder haar bevoegdheid vallen. BIn artikel 15 wordt, onder verlettering van onderdeel c tot onderdeel d, een onderdeel ingevoegd, luidende: c. uitvoering van de overeenstemmingscontroles en de materiële controles ten behoeve van de verificatie van zendingen, bedoeld in artikel 2, vijfde lid, en artikel 13, eerste lid, onderdeel b, van Verordening (EU) 1235/2008 van de Commissie van 8 december 2008 houdende bepalingen ter uitvoering van Verordening (EG) nr. 834/2007 van de Raad wat de regeling voor de invoer van biologische producten uit derde landen betreft (PbEU 2008, L334); CArtikel 16 komt te luiden:

Onze Minister is de bevoegde autoriteit, bedoeld in artikel 4, eerste lid, van de wet, voor het gebied, genoemd in artikel 1, tweede lid, onderdeel i van verordening (EU) 2017/625. 2. De Stichting Skal is de controleautoriteit, bedoeld in artikel 4, tweede lid, van de wet. DArtikel 17, eerste lid, onderdeel a, komt te luiden:a. de officiële controles als bedoeld in artikel 36, derde lid, verordening (EU) 1151/2012 ten aanzien van producten die niet onder de in artikel 14, tweede lid, bedoelde bevoegdheid van de Stichting KCB vallen;
Dit besluit treedt in werking op een bij koninklijk besluit te bepalen tijdstip.
