Wet van 24 juni 1939, houdende regelen met betrekking tot de bodemproductie in geval van oorlog, oorlogsgevaar of andere buitengewone omstandigheden
Wij WILHELMINA, bij de gratie Gods, Koningin der Nederlanden, Prinses van Oranje-Nassau, enz., enz., enz.
Allen, die deze zullen zien of hooren lezen, saluut! doen te weten:
Alzoo Wij in overweging genomen hebben, dat het noodzakelijk is regelen te stellen met betrekking tot de bodemproductie in geval van oorlog, oorlogsgevaar of andere buitengewone omstandigheden;
Zoo is het, dat Wij, den Raad van State gehoord, en met gemeen overleg der Staten-Generaal, hebben goedgevonden en verstaan, gelijk Wij goedvinden en verstaan bij deze:
Deze wet verstaat onder:
a. "Onze Minister": Onze Minister van Landbouw, Natuur en Voedselkwaliteit;
b. "bodemproductie": elke handeling, welke een onderdeel uitmaakt of kan uitmaken van den akkerbouw, den weidebouw, den tuinbouw, de ooftteelt, de veeteelt, de pluimveeteelt, de houtteelt en den boschbouw.

De maatregelen, krachtens deze wet genomen, blijven zonder gevolg, voorzover zij onverenigbaar zijn met maatregelen, ten behoeve van de landsverdediging genomen krachtens:
a. de Spoorwegwet;
b. de Wet Militaire Inundatiën;
c. de Onteigeningswet;
d. de Oorlogswet voor Nederland;
e. de Inkwartieringswet;
f. de Luchtvaartwet;
g. de Telecommunicatiewet;
h. de Wegenverkeerswet 1994.

Bij of krachtens algemeenen maatregel van bestuur kunnen algemeene en bijzondere voorschriften worden gegeven met betrekking tot de bodemproductie en de bestemming van den bodem.

In verband met de in het vorige artikel bedoelde voorschriften kunnen uitkeeringen in geld worden gedaan overeenkomstig bij of krachtens algemeenen maatregel van bestuur te stellen regelen.
Bij de uitvoering van deze wet doet Onze Minister zich bijstaan door een regeeringscommissaris voor de bodemproductie; deze wordt door Ons benoemd, geïnstrueerd, geschorst en ontslagen.
