Besluit van 22 juni 1998, houdende de toekenning van een vaste beloning aan de voorzitter en de leden van de landelijke geschillencommissie samenwerkingsverbanden WSNS, bedoeld in artikel 13 d van de Wet op het primair onderwijs (Staatsblad 1998, 228)

Op de voordracht van Onze Staatssecretaris van Onderwijs, Cultuur en Wetenschappen, T. Netelenbos, van 16 juni 1998, nr. PO/PJ 98 25249, directie Primair Onderwijs;
Gelet op artikel 3 van het Vacatiegeldenbesluit 1988;
Hebben goedgevonden en verstaan:
Vaste Beloning Voorzitter.
Aan de voorzitter van de Landelijke geschillencommissie samenwerkingsverbanden WSNS, bedoeld in artikel 13 d, tweede lid, van de Wet op het primair onderwijs, wordt in plaats van vacatiegeld een vaste beloning toegekend per zittingsdag, met dien verstande, dat de hoogte van de vaste beloning varieert al naar gelang het aantal geschillen per zittingsdag.
De vaste beloning bedraagt per zitting bij vier of minder geschillen f 725,-. Bij meer dan vier geschillen per zittingsdag bedraagt de vaste beloning f 1450,-.
Vaste Beloning Leden.
Aan de leden van de Landelijke geschillencommissie samenwerkingsverbanden WSNS, bedoeld in artikel 13 d, tweede lid, van de Wet op het primair onderwijs, wordt in plaats van vacatiegeld een vaste beloning toegekend per zittingsdag, met dien verstande, dat de hoogte van de vaste beloning varieert al naar gelang het aantal geschillen per zittingsdag.
De vaste beloning bedraagt per zittingsdag bij vier of minder geschillen f 600,-. Bij meer dan vier geschillen per zittingsdag bedraagt de vaste beloning f 1200,-.

Inwerkingtreding.
Dit besluit treedt in werking met ingang van de dag na de datum van uitgifte van het Staatsblad waarin het wordt geplaatst en werkt terug tot en met 15 mei 1998.
Citeertitel.
Dit besluit wordt aangehaald als: Besluit vaste beloning Landelijke geschillencommissie samenwerkingsverbanden WSNS.
Onze Minister van Onderwijs, Cultuur en Wetenschappen is belast met de uitvoering van dit besluit dat met de daarbij behorende nota van toelichting in het Staatsblad zal worden geplaatst.
