Wij Willem-Alexander, bij de gratie Gods, Koning der Nederlanden, Prins van Oranje- Nassau, enz. enz. enz. Allen, die deze zullen zien of horen lezen, saluut! doen te weten:Alzo Wij in overweging genomen hebben, dat het wenselijk is de Rijkswet Onderzoeksraad voor veiligheid op enkele onderdelen te wijzigen; Zo is het, dat Wij, de Raad van State van het Koninkrijk gehoord, en met gemeen overleg der Staten-Generaal, de bepalingen van het Statuut voor het Koninkrijk in acht genomen zijnde, hebben goedgevonden en verstaan, gelijk Wij goedvinden en verstaan bij deze:
De Rijkswet Onderzoeksraad voor veiligheid wordt gewijzigd als volgt:AArtikel 1 wordt gewijzigd als volgt:1. In het eerste lid, onderdeel a, wordt «Onze Minister van Binnenlandse Zaken en Koninkrijksrelaties» vervangen door «Onze Minister van Justitie en Veiligheid van Nederland». 2. In het eerste lid vervalt onderdeel b. De onderdelen c tot en met s worden verletterd tot b tot en met r. 3. In het eerste lid komen de onderdelen l (nieuw) en m (nieuw) te luiden: l. ro-ro-passagiersschip:
ro-ro-passagiersschip als omschreven in artikel 2, onderdeel 1, van richtlijn nr. (EU) 2017/2110 van het Europees Parlement en de Raad van 15 november 2017 betreffende een inspectiesysteem voor de veilige exploitatie van ro-ro-passagiersschepen en hogesnelheidspassagiersvaartuigen op geregelde diensten en tot wijziging van Richtlijn 2009/16/EG en tot intrekking van Richtlijn 1999/35/EG van de Raad (PbEU L 315); m. hogesnelheidspassagiersvaartuig:
hogesnelheidspassagiersvaartuig als omschreven in artikel 2, onderdeel 2, van richtlijn nr. (EU) 2017/2110 van het Europees Parlement en de Raad van 15 november 2017 betreffende een inspectiesysteem voor de veilige exploitatie van ro-ro-passagiersschepen en hogesnelheidspassagiersvaartuigen op geregelde diensten en tot wijziging van Richtlijn 2009/16/EG en tot intrekking van Richtlijn 1999/35/EG van de Raad (PbEU L 315); 4. In de aanhef van het tweede lid, wordt «het eerste lid, onderdeel f» vervangen door «het eerste lid, onderdeel e». AaIn artikel 4, eerste lid, onderdeel d, wordt «ro-ro-veerboot» vervangen door «ro-ro-passagiersschip».AbNa artikel 5a wordt een artikel ingevoegd, luidende:

Gelet op artikel 9, tweede lid, onderdeel g, en artikel 10 van de Algemene verordening gegevensbescherming kan de raad, voor zo ver dit noodzakelijk is voor de uitoefening van de taak, bedoeld in artikel 3 van deze wet, bijzondere categorieën van persoonsgegevens en persoonsgegevens van strafrechtelijke aard als bedoeld in de paragrafen 3.1 onderscheidenlijk 3.2 van de Uitvoeringswet Algemene verordening gegevensbescherming verwerken evenals nummers verwerken die dienen ter identificatie van personen die bij wet of algemene maatregel van bestuur zijn voorgeschreven op grond van artikel 46 van de Uitvoeringswet Algemene verordening gegevensbescherming. BArtikel 6 wordt gewijzigd als volgt:1. In het eerste lid wordt na «De raad kent» ingevoegd «minimaal drie en maximaal». 2. Het derde lid komt te luiden: 3. Buitengewone leden kunnen op verzoek of uit eigen beweging deelnemen aan beraadslagingen van de raad, behoudens het bepaalde in het vierde lid. 3. In het vierde lid wordt «, 65 en 71.» vervangen door «en 65.». CArtikel 7 wordt gewijzigd als volgt:1. Het vierde lid vervalt. 2. Het vijfde tot en met achtste lid worden vernummerd tot vierde tot en met zevende lid. 3. In het vijfde lid (nieuw) wordt aan het slot een zin toegevoegd, luidende: Onze Minister informeert de Staten-Generaal over de gevolgde procedure bij de benoeming en de benoemde kandidaat. 4. In het zevende lid (nieuw) wordt «zevende lid» vervangen door «zesde lid» DIn artikel 9 wordt...
