Dr Suellen Miller, Director of Safe Motherhood Programs at the Bixby Center for Global Reproductive Health ar the University of California, San Francisco, wrote about her work in developing an anti-shock garment to prevent post-partum haemorrhage in International Midwifery last year (IM20: 12-13).
