In acknowledgement of the tsunami tragedy, the White Ribbon Alliance for Safe Motherhood and the Global Health Council wish to acknowledge and honour those individuals, local non-governmental and international organisations who have helped the families and communities affected to rebuild their lives, homes, health facilities and other services.
