Besluit van 22 februari 2021, houdende buitenwerkingstelling van artikel 8, eerste en derde lid, van de Wet buitengewone bevoegdheden burgerlijk gezag
Wij Willem-Alexander, bij de gratie Gods, Koning der Nederlanden, Prins van Oranje-Nassau, enz. enz. enz. Op de voordracht van Onze Minister-President, Minister van Algemene Zaken, van 21 februari 2021, nr. 4188935; Gelet op artikel 1, vierde lid, en vijfde lid, eerste zin, van de Wet buitengewone bevoegdheden burgerlijk gezag; Hebben goedgevonden en verstaan:
eerste en derde lid, van de Wet buitengewone bevoegdheden burgerlijk gezag wordt buiten werking gesteld.
Dit besluit wordt bekendgemaakt door plaatsing in het Staatsblad.

NOTA VAN TOELICHTING
Bij koninklijk besluit van 22 januari 2021 (Stb. 2021, 24) is artikel 8, eerste en derde lid, van de Wet buitengewone bevoegdheden burgerlijk gezag (Wbbbg) in werking gesteld.
Met de inwerkingtreding van de Tijdelijke wet beperking vertoeven in de openlucht covid-19 dient de werking van deze bepalingen geen doel meer. Daardoor is sprake van een omstandigheid als bedoeld in artikel 1, vierde lid van de Wbbbg, en dient artikel 8, eerste en derde lid, bij koninklijk besluit buiten werking te worden gesteld.
